Stephanie,
I have to say that I am so happy with the way your CD came out!
I think we all did great work and were a really good team. Your
songwriting and singing are just great and you played you ass off too.
When I listened to it I enjoyed every song. It sure is a different
perspective to hear the entire project in one sitting, as I'm sure you know.
You really covered some bases stylistically (and instrumentally as well) and
it all hangs together. I'm sure you must feel a sense of reward and satisfaction
at having completed it and you totally deserve it. I hope it does well for you.

"Stephanie Teel's performance was indeed a highlight of our 3rd annual ART & SOUL FESTIVAL. Her dynamic performance evoked the type of passion and real emotion that can only come from a true singer-songwriter inspired by timeless American music. A definite crowd pleaser, we highly recommend Stephanie for any festival or event where the focus is on the quality of the music!

Captain Stephanie Teel is a brilliant singer, guitarist and songwriter that lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area. Fire up your fireplace( and your choice of tobacco), open up whatever you like to drink, and put on the CD. The first song is called "More Than A Dream" and is the second best sailing song ever written. ( I ain't telling anyone what I think is the best sailing song - that will be in another article!)

Extraordinary Womens Voices from San Francisco (Part I)
Ocean Beach brings waves to Stephanie Teel, a surfer, a singer, a musician and extraordinary teacher. I had the honor to receive as a gift her first CD and I was touched by the lyrics, music and voice. Stephanie is one of these figures who inspire you to understand music not only as an entertainment, but as language, as expression, as part of yourself. To listen to her CD or to hear her performance with the guitar is to listen to a speech of art. It is beautiful and reflects her personality. Her music identifies who she is.
2007 HALF MOON BAY PUMPKIN FESTIVAL
If the Fabulous CruiseTones can't make you dance, no one can! said the Santa Cruz entertainment magazine Good Times. That about sums it up for this awesome foursome who interpret the best in rock n roll from the 50s till today. Dana Messing, keyboards and vocals, has appeared in concert with War, Muddy Waters, Bo Diddley and many more. Ric Wilson, guitar and vocals, earned three gold albums for recordings with folks like Huey Lewis & the News and Tracy Chapman. Steve Camerons explosive drumming and soaring vocals and the guitar, flute and vocal stylings of Stephanie Teel round out the tremendous talent of the band. And as a special attraction, they have invited Half Moon Bays own sax tigress Sonja Jason to join in on the jam.
